Mission: The Texas Rangers Baseball Foundation Is Dedicated To Improving The Lives Of Those In Our Community- Especially Children, The Military And First Responders, And Their Families – Through Educational, Health, And Athletic Programming And Partnerships That Bring Meaningful Change To Our Communities.
Objectives: The Texas Rangers Baseball Foundation Funds Programming In Four Areas Of Emphasis And Provides Funding For Other Non-Profit Organizations That Benefit Youth In Those Same Areas Of Emphasis. The Four Areas Are – Youth In Crisis, Youth Health, Youth Baseball, And Youth Education.

Tau Beta Pi Was Founded In 1885 To Mark In A Fitting Manner Those Who Have Conferred Honor Upon Their Alma Mater By Distinguished Scholarship And Exemplary Character As Undergraduates In The Field Of Engineering, Or By Their Attainments As Alumni In The Field Of Engineering, And To Foster A Spirit Of Liberal Culture In The Engineering Colleges. Eligible Candidates Are Notified At The Beginning Of The Semester And Must Complete Certain Requirements To Show Exemplary Character And Integrity To Be Initiated Into Tau Beta Pi.
