Arlington Charities is the city’s oldest social services organization and the largest source of supplemental food. Our mission is to lead & engage our community in the fight against hunger and poverty; providing help, creating hope. We are serving approximately 150 families each day through our drive-through food service and are providing additional services through our Tarrant County College satellite pantry, monthly home grocery delivery to 300+ seniors & homebound, four monthly recurring mobile markets serving 400-500 families each market, mobile market truck which visits the food deserts of our community and providing for our unhoused neighbors two days per week from our porch. Arlington Charities spent over $250,000 in 2023 on food, the highest amount in our 45 year history and distributed 2,494,683 million pounds of nutritious groceries to those in most need in the community.
